My 1:1 Sessions are designed just for you, by Spirit. You were brought to me for a reason, every moment, every step, every thought brought you to this moment to awaken you into your highest loving self. These sessions are a portrait I make while I do a spiritual counseling/reading. Anything from other lifetimes, to people that have crossed over, to soul patterns (the patterns your soul came forward to learn over eons of time can come forward). Then I show you the portrait where symbols, patterns, shapes and energetic patterns have come forward. Each of these symbols reveal pathways and messages to awaken you to your highest loving self in the moment. Meaning you will feel visceral releases from the traumas of your past, other lifetimes and ancestry. This leads to greater loving clarity of who you are as a soul, believing in your dreams and living a more graceful, empowered, and loving life.

These take place on zoom, in person in a healing studio in Laguna Beach, or I travel to you home (prices and travel time differ per distance and location) .

I would like to start by saying I am a licensed psychotherapist, and have also been to therapy for years as a client myself.
